ELLIS HOUSE PAINT-A-THON FINISHES 3 SIDES!
"A BIG THANK YOU!" to those who participated in painting and cleaning up around the Ellis House for three days in September. With their energy and time we were able to compltely prime and paint two coats of historic colors on the east, north, and west sides of the house. The front and south side remains for Spring 2011 and possibly Fall. Pitching in for this effort were Don Burris, Bob Beaulieu, Dave Coletti, Janet Cornacchio, Leslie Fields, Ian Garland, Ian Garland, Jr., Angus Garland, Victor LoPiccolo, Sean McCarthy, Denise Noiseux, Tracey Read and Marie Wilkes. Particular thanks to Vicotor LoPiccolo who took on the task of doing those deep eaves on the Ellis peaks and turret. It was great to have so many professional painters and carpenters lending a hand—Don, Ian and Victor —Thank you to all!
